In our search for high-quality, technical workmanship – as well as spiritual enlightenment and gorgeous views – we find our new home for manufacturing in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We build all of our technical jackets and pants in the Kathmandu Valley. What brought us here was the consistent, high-quality needlework of the sewers and tailors. While we consider ourselves pretty lucky to be able to work in this beautiful setting with the fine people of Nepal, what’s most important to you – our loyal and loving customers – is that our garments are being constructed with the utmost care and quality standards (by saffron robe wearing monks trained in kung fu).

TREW takes special care to develop a focused product line that performs to the highest expectations of our dedicated customers. We work closely with the excellent staff in Nepal to ensure that our creative visions are transformed into high-quality shredwear. The garments that we produce are meticulously designed, carefully constructed, and highly durable.

All of our hard shell jackets and pants feature our laminate fabric, Gelanots ®. Our Gelanots® fabric is superior to other 3-layer laminate fabrics in that it combines highly WATERPROOF and BREATHABLE membrane with an uncompromisingly DURABLE face fabric. We also tape all seams and use water-resistant zippers on all exposed zippers to ensure maximum foul-weather protection.
